The integration of moral values in education is a priority in shaping a generation that is virtuous, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. However, the integration of moral values in the teaching and learning process within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions remains fragmented and unsystematic. Therefore, this study aims to explore the preparation process of business management lecturers in integrating moral values for the digital generation. Four experts from Malaysian Vocational Colleges were selected through snowball sampling. The findings revealed four themes: knowledge, skills, awareness, and emotional management. The knowledge aspect includes mastering moral concepts and compliance with accreditation standards. Skills encompass pedagogical competence, structured lesson planning, and professional collaboration. Awareness involves recognising lecturers’ roles in student employability, while emotional management requires communication and verbal discipline. In conclusion, the effective integration of moral values can be achieved by strengthening these four dimensions. The study recommends the establishment of a moral competency framework, collaborative platforms, and professional training, supported by strategic collaborations with stakeholders.
