The findings of the study show that the level of readiness and openness of students in the field of Agro Mechanization Technology at Vocational Colleges are at a high level. The analysis also found that there is also a significant relationship between readiness and openness of students in the field of Agro Mechanization Technology and also in terms of gender. The implications of this study provide useful information to improve TVET education and development, especially in the field of agriculture. As a suggestion for further research, it is suggested that more in-depth research be carried out to understand the factors that affect the level of readiness and openness of students and how these factors can be optimized to improve the quality of vocational teaching and learning.
