About the Journal

Journal of Social Transformation and Regional Development (JSTARD) is an international, open access and peer reviewed journal which is published bi-yearly (June and December) by Institute for Social Transformation and Regional Development. The principle purpose of the journal is to publish scholarly work in the area of social transformation and regional development that is in the social sciences,  humanities,  natural sciences and regional development.  The research that is published should be original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental or theoretical work in all areas of social transformation and regional development. Contributions are welcome from all fields which have relevant and insightful comments to make about the social transformation and regional development.

The journal will accept papers in English and Bahasa Malaysia  languages.  JSTARD invites unpublished and plagiarism free articles  on following sub themes:
