WAGE DETERMINATION OF WORKERS IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BASED IN CITY GOVERNMENT REGULATION PEKANBARU NUMBER 78 OF 2015 CONCERNING PAYMENT
In a labor agreement that contains the terms of employment, Based on Article 28 D (2) of the 1945 Constitution states that "every person has the right to work and to receive remuneration and fair and proper treatment in employment". In terms of labor, low purchasing power of the minimum wage on the necessities of life caused workers must make savings and live in a cycle of debt.
