Pembangunan Sistem Penempahan Baju Jahit Ruby Collection

Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem penempahan baju jahit Ruby Collection ialah sebuah sistem berasaskan web yang berfungsi untuk menerima tempahan di kedai Ruby Collection. Tujuan sistem ini ialah untuk memudahkan pihak pengurusan bagi mengambil tempahan dengan menambahbaik proses sedia ada yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha iaitu mengambil tempahan secara manual. Sistem ini mempunyai beberapa fungsi iaitu fungsi log masuk, katalog, marekod maklumat pelanggan, notifikasi dan juga menjana laporan. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah ‘agile’ metodologi serta system ini dibina menggunakan perisian php untuk antara muka pengguna serta mysql bagi menunjukkan pangkalan data. Pengguna bagi system ini ialah pengusaha iaitu pemilik kedai jahit serta pelanggan yang menempah pakaian untuk dijahit. Pembangunan sistem ini dijangka dapat membantu memudahkan urusan pelanggan sekiranya mahu membuat tempahan. Sistem ini juga memudahkan pengusaha untuk merekod setiap tempahan di mana pengusaha tidak perlu bersusah payah untuk menulis dan menyimpan salinan tempahan sekaligus membazirkan kertas yang banyak untuk merekod tempahan kerana fungsi bagi sistem ini mampu untuk membuat demikian.

Abstract:  Shirt ordering system of Ruby Collection is a web -based system that works to accept orders at Ruby Collection stores. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the management to take orders by improving the existing process done by the administrator that is to take orders manually. The system has several functions, login, catalog, record customer information, notifications and also generate reports. The methodology used is agile methodology and this system is built using php software for user interface and mysql to show the database. Users of this system are administrator, as well as customers who booking for clothes to be sewn. The development of this system is expected to help facilitate the affairs of customers if they want to make a reservation. The system also makes it easier for administrator to record each order where administrator do not have to bother to write and keep a copy of the order as well as waste a lot of paper to record the order because the function of this system is able to do so.
