Secure Cat Hotel and Grooming Booking System for Kayangan Pet House using OTP

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has revolutionized service industries, enabling efficient and user-friendly processes.  In the pet care industry, specifically for cat hotels and grooming services, technology offers opportunities to enhance customer experience. The Secure Cat Hotel and Grooming Booking System for Kayangan Pet House, leveraging OTP authentication, addresses challenges in traditional service models. These include time-consuming manual processes, repetitive data entry, limited online booking accessibility, lack of transparency in grooming packages, and difficulties in scheduling and managing appointments. The proposed system is developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, with Notepad++ and Lucid chart aiding coding and workflow visualization. The platform supports three user roles: Administrators, Staff, and Users, providing features such as service management, package display, and appointment scheduling. By streamlining booking and management processes, the system enhances accessibility, saves time, and improves workflow efficiency for all users, ultimately delivering a more seamless and 
productive experience. Based on the testing result, all the module is passed from the test plan list and this system is accepted by the user based on the user acceptance testing.
